People find businesses three ways now: Google results, AI assistants, and paid ads. We work on all three, and we measure what each one brings in.
Most businesses are quietly losing ground in one of these while doing fine in another, and cannot tell which. We start by finding out, then fix what matters in order.
Getting your site ranking for the searches your customers actually make.
Being the business that gets recommended when someone asks an AI assistant instead of searching.
Paid search for when you need enquiries now rather than in six months.
Because ranking well and getting clicked are no longer the same thing.
In the first four months of 2026, 68% of Google searches ended without anyone clicking through to a website, up from 60% in 2024. When an AI Overview appears on a result, click-through rates on the links below it fall by close to 60%. Google's AI Mode passed one billion monthly users within a year of launch, with query volume roughly doubling every quarter.
The practical effect is that your page can hold position one and still send you less traffic than it did last year, because the answer now sits above it.
That does not make SEO obsolete. AI answers are assembled from the same web, using the same crawlers and much of the same quality signals, so a site that ranks well is a site that gets quoted. But it does mean the goal has shifted. It is no longer enough to be findable. You need to be the source the answer is built from, and you need to know when you are not.
That is what AI Search Visibility work is for, and it is why we treat it as its own discipline rather than a bullet point inside SEO.

We look at where you actually stand across all three channels: how you rank, whether AI tools can read and cite you, and what your ads are costing per enquiry. You get a written summary of what we found, in plain English.
A ranked list of what to fix and in what order, with an honest view of what each thing is likely to be worth. If one channel is not worth your money right now, we will say so.
We do the work, or brief your existing web person to do it if you would rather keep that in-house. Either is fine.
Monthly, written for a business owner rather than a marketer. Rankings and traffic are in there, but the number we lead with is enquiries.
Every engagement starts with the audit, so both sides know what we are dealing with before anyone commits to ongoing work. From there it is a monthly arrangement with no lock-in contract. If it is not working, you should be able to leave, and the fact that most agencies make that hard tells you something.
We work best with established businesses that get real enquiries and want more of them, rather than startups looking for a growth hack.
If you are not in one of those, it does not mean we cannot help. It means we will tell you honestly on the audit whether we are the right fit.
Three things, mostly.
We report on enquiries, not keyword counts. Packages built around a number of keywords are easy to sell and easy to hide behind. Twenty-five keywords ranking means nothing if none of them are searches your customers make. We report on what came in.
We cover AI visibility as standard. Most providers are still selling the same SEO product they sold in 2022 while the traffic quietly moves somewhere else. Being visible to AI assistants is separate work with separate measurement, and it is included rather than sold as an upgrade.
You deal with the person doing the work. No account manager relaying questions to a team you never meet.
Meaningful movement usually takes three to six months, sometimes longer in competitive markets. Technical fixes can show results faster. Anyone promising rankings in weeks is either targeting searches nobody makes or doing something you will regret later.
If you need enquiries this month, ads. If you want a channel that keeps working without ongoing spend, SEO. Most businesses end up doing both, using ads to find out which searches actually convert and then targeting those organically.
It is the work of getting your business cited when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity for a recommendation instead of running a search. Whether you need it depends on your customers. For consumer and local businesses it is already affecting enquiry volume. The audit will tell you where you currently stand, which is usually the first time a business finds out.
Almost always. If the site is genuinely holding you back we will say so and explain why, but we would rather fix what you have than sell you a rebuild you did not ask for.
No. Work is monthly and you can stop.
You get a monthly report that leads with enquiries, with rankings, traffic and AI citations behind it. Conversion tracking is set up during the audit so the numbers are real from the start.
We do it. Where a specialist is genuinely better for a specific piece, we say so upfront rather than marking it up quietly.
The audit covers all three channels and tells you what is worth doing, in what order, and what is not worth your money. No obligation to continue afterwards.
